Food Supplements in the EU:  Where next?

Over the past 20 years of the Food Supplement Directive, many changes have taken place in the sector and in regulation.  The event will be an opportunity to build a better understanding of future potential developments. 

We are delighted that four officials from the European Commission will be speaking at the event and taking questions, covering many of the areas of most importance to our sector, including maximum levels of vitamins and minerals, contaminants, novel foods and mutual recognition.   There will also be a discussion on how supplements can be better integrated into policy to help achieve the EU objective of a healthier society.

• - Representatives of national authorities invited by member associations
• - Members of FSE member associations
